IMPORTANT STUDIO INFO

Once you have decided, fill in our contact form. It would help if you could indicate a few different dates that would suit you so we can check our availability.

We aim to reply to every enquiry within 24 hours on days we are open (please note we are CLOSED on SUNDAYS & MONDAYS so replies may take longer)

We will check our availability and email you back to either offer you a slot of your choice OR if we don’t have your preferred day/time we can suggest an alternative.

We require a deposit AND your contact details (email address & phone number) to confirm your booking!

Once we have a deposit, we will send you a confirmation email. We then send out text reminders up to a week before every shoot. This is important for our business because most people book in advance so we just like to check you are still attending. We follow the GDPR guidelines for securing your information and we would only ever contact you regarding your shoot.

We have an official 4 week turnaround to get your images back

We give every customer a delivery date which will be 4 weeks exactly after your shoot. In this time we select and edit your chosen images. We aim to finish your shoot and have it sent over earlier but it depends how busy we are, we are a small team and cannot guarantee anything! If you know that you want your images back for a certain date then please bear this in mind when booking.

If you have to reschedule your appointment

We 100% understand that things don’t always go according to plan. If you have an upcoming appointment that you don’t think you will be able to attend, we are more than happy to reschedule you to another date! As long as we have at least 24 hours notice then your deposit can be carried over to your new date. If we have less than 24 hours then we would need a new deposit to re-book.

Viewing your Images

Your images will be delivered via a beautiful online gallery no later than 3 weeks after your visit to the studio. The high-res images will be available to download. You will also have the option to purchase prints/products directly from your gallery via our professional printers. If you wish to send your gallery to family and friends, they will also have the option to purchase prints/products.

If you want a USB

We also have an option to add on a beautiful USB and prints box to any shoot, if this is something you would like to know more about then let us know and we can send you over our products price list.

More images

When you book a shoot, you are choosing to receive a specific amount of images. When we are shooting, we have this number in mind so we shoot with this intention until we have the images we think are perfect to be included in your gallery. We then carefully select the best images to be edited. This doesn’t mean that we leave any images out, we just narrow down similar images. If the shoot went really well and we feel like we have more images we will always advise you of this. You will have the option to upgrade your shoot and we can edit any extra images for an extra fee.
